Terms and Conditions of Service

Article 1 – General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services between Ma Family Life LLC ("the Company") and the client.

Ma Family Life LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as its fees, at any time. However, the agreement between Ma Family Life LLC and the client shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions and pricing in effect on the date the appointment is booked.

By booking an appointment or consultation, the client fully accepts these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges having read the Disclaimer. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is mandatory prior to booking any service.

Article 2 – Consultations, Fees, Booking, and Service Delivery

Consultations are available either in person or via video conference.

To schedule an appointment, the client must contact Ma Family Life LLC by phone, email, or through the website.

No appointment will be confirmed until payment has been received.

Payments may be made via PayPal, Stripe, or Zelle.

Upon receipt of payment, the client will receive either a Zoom link or the location details for the consultation.

Clients wishing to continue their support after the initial consultation may schedule a follow-up consultation. Payment for follow-up consultations must also be completed before the appointment.

An invoice will be provided upon request.

Ma Family Life LLC agrees to meet with the client by phone, video conference, or in person at the scheduled appointment time.

Article 3 – Rescheduling, Modifying, or Canceling an Appointment

All payments are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule an appointment provided that Ma Family Life LLC is notified at least 48 hours in advance. A new appointment will then be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Article 4 – Responsibility and Disclaimer

The consultations and coaching services provided by Ma Family Life LLC are intended for educational and informational purposes only and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The client agrees to read and acknowledge the Disclaimer prior to any consultation.

Article 5 – Protection of Personal Information

The personal information collected from clients is necessary to process appointments and provide services. This information is used solely for internal purposes and will never be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Article 6 – Intellectual Property and Copyright

All texts, photographs, videos, audio recordings, website content, and the Ma Family Life LLC logo are the exclusive property of Ma Family Life LLC.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Online consultations may not be recorded without the prior consent of Ma Family Life LLC.

Any documents, resources, or materials provided by Ma Family Life LLC are for the client's personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or published online without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
