What we eat is important but also the how and why we eat. Therefore, the way we teach our children about food is vital to support positive eating behaviours for the future.
Talks and workshops are an interactive and engaging way for groups, club or organisation to learn more about the transformative power of nutrition.
I design and lead engaging school-based workshops and conferences that help children and families understand the impact of food on their daily lives.
My school programs are tailored to different age groups (from preschool to middle school) and focus on:
How nutrition affects concentration, mood, and energy
The basics of healthy eating in a fun, accessible way
Making better food choices through games and interactive tools
Creating inclusive food environments that respect allergies and dietary needs
I also work with educators and parents to bridge the gap between home and school nutrition. These sessions are available in English or French, and can be adapted to specific needs (food allergies, picky eaters, sugar awareness, etc.).
As a guest speaker, I lead conferences and talks for institutions, companies, and international communities on the impact of nutrition on health, energy, and daily life — with a special focus on families and food allergies.
My interventions are tailored to the audience and can include:
How nutrition shapes focus, mood, and productivity
Family nutrition made simple, even with food restrictions
Understanding and managing food allergies in schools and social settings
How to create inclusive environments for children with dietary needs
I’ve been invited to speak by the French Consulate in New York, French-American cultural organizations, and parent groups. All talks can be delivered in English or French, in-person or online.
